- Motivate your employees or colleagues and start cycling to work. If the situation allows it, walk too. You can keep track of each other among colleagues and compare your performance throughout the week using apps.
- Make sure you turn everything off before you leave the workplace. A good tip is to have all your equipment plugged into one extension cord, simply flip its switch off when you leave.
- Composting systems are very popular today and can be a nice addition to the workplace.
- Separate organic waste, metals, plastics, glass, paper, tetrapak, cans, PET bottles.
- Organise a collection of unwanted electronics and clothes. You can donate usable items.
- Get rid of old computers and appliances with an energy rating worse than A.
- Prefer LED lighting.
- Bring some greenery into your workspaces too. It probably won't reduce costs, but it will certainly increase your mood.
